The CDC moratorium was in place from September 4, 2020 through August 26, 2021.
The eviction counts in January and February 2020 are 71% and 79% percent of the filings reported by the courts. For all other months from 2020 forward, our eviction filing counts differs from the court statistics by a small fraction.
